- Can you handle a size breakdown across several year levels?
- Yes. Send the totals per size, or ask us for a sizing set to measure against first. Items are checked against your breakdown before packing.
- Can we reorder the same design next school year?
- Yes. Approved designs and specifications are kept on file, so a repeat order starts from what you already signed off rather than from scratch.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Bulk pricing is quoted against your quantity, so tell us how many pieces you need and we will quote that quantity directly. Small pilot batches before a larger rollout are common.
- Can you work from our existing logo or design?
- Yes. Send your logo or a reference image with your enquiry and we will build the mockup from it. If you do not have artwork yet, say so in the form and our design support will work from your brief.
- Do you deliver outside Negros Occidental?
- Yes. We are based in Sagay City, Negros Occidental and arrange delivery nationwide by courier or freight. Delivery cost depends on destination and volume, and is quoted with your order.
